"Changes to my study programme"

Today i will talk about something that always we looked with good eyes but today i will talk about his "dark side" all of this from a point of view...

The advancement of technology has come to improve our life in different ways but on other hand, has come to replace the work of a great group of persons, so today it's something "Normal" that the people gets fired because a machine can do his work better...

In Pharmacy the changes that comes and i can say it's about the therapeutic approaches, the technology about the origin of the medicines, in the future the biotechnology and the gene therapy will replace the classics methods of obtaining the "active ingredients" of the medicines, so the actual curriculum will change in that perspective, i can imagine more labs about the biotechnology and the molecular biology and all of this doing from the "Industrial perspective", on other hand, the clinical side would be boosted in the next years,  all this by a recommendation by the OMS that including the pharmacist in the Health Team is very productive and effective in the treatment of the patients. 

So in a short count, laboratory hours will increase and elective subjects of the career will change for those mentioned.

Other change that comes is about the pharmacy workers, they could be replace in the next years or maybe reduced because the computers can solve the administration problems and today we can see in markets machines that do the work of sellers, so... my final conclusion about this is that the technology in this way, needed to be regulated because in a few years, more people of different kinds of work will be fired and all of this will create instability...
